Many thanks to everyone who responded to our consultation on the draft Tyne Catchment Plan.
The comments given have been a great help in identifying those parts of the draft Plan which need strengthening or explaining better, and providing constructive criticism of the Plan and the process we went through to produce it. Many of the comments were very positive, and it was good to know we were on the right track with our first attempt!
The Strategy Group carefully considered all of the comments provided, and has advised how to take the comments on board in producing the final Plan. We are now busy preparing the final Plan in time for Defra’s end of December deadline.
